Across the Ditch

Sunday 19 July 2026

Every year we cross the Waitematā Harbour to take on our friends at the Royle

Epsom Bridge Club in a fun and friendly day of bridge — and this year is no different!

The Plan

  • Catch the 10am ferry with your Waiheke bridge crew and make a day of it in the city.

  • We’ll head straight to the fabulous Japanese restaurant we all loved last year for a relaxed lunch together — then on to the bridge, ready to play our best!

  • Bridge starts at 1pm, on the first floor at 273 Remuera Road, so if you can’t make the ferry you’re welcome to meet us there.

The Details

  • Sunday 19 July 2026,

  • Optional: 10am ferry from Waiheke

  • Lunch together beforehand

  • Bridge from 1pm

  • No partner needed

Sounds like your kind of Sunday?

Just let Moira know on 027 224 7088

Or email Waihekebridgeclub@gmail.com that you’re keen — she’d love to hear from you!
